The carbon crystal plate mainly consists of four parts. First, the top layer is covered with PVC film, followed by the first layer of crystal porcelain reinforcement layer, then the middle core is made of bamboo fiber material, and a layer of crystal porcelain reinforcement layer is added at the bottom. This material composition makes the surface hardness of the wall panels higher and has higher hardness and wear resistance than traditional wood-plastic wall panels.
4.1 The hardness of carbon crystal panels is higher than other wood fiber wall panels, and they are not easily affected by thermal expansion and contraction and are not easily deformed.
4.2 The production process adopts the imported PUR hot melt adhesive flat pasting process, which is more environmentally friendly and safer.
4.3 A variety of different color surfaces and textures can be customized.
