1. The blue metal skirting board adopts an advanced first-level spraying process, which gives it a smooth, delicate, and visually beautiful solid color appearance. In addition, the first-level spraying process skirting board also has excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, allowing it to maintain a uniform color for many years.
2. In addition, we all know that the aluminum alloy skirting board has a high hardness, is not easy to bend, and has strong impact resistance. Even if it is accidentally hit when moving furniture, it will not cause damage to your wall. Its solid texture provides sufficient protection for the wall.
3. Whether it is home decoration or engineering projects, whether the building materials have convenient installation or use methods is also one of the criteria for measuring whether the materials are high quality. From the beginning of the design, we fully considered the convenience of installing the blue aluminum alloy skirting line and adopted a snap-on installation. By pre-determining the installation position of the base at the bottom of the wall, then drilling a hole with an electric drill, inserting the expansion screw, and then placing the base and fixing it with screws, and finally snapping the skirting line into the base, the installation can be easily completed.
4. This skirting board has complete accessories and bases, which can help you save more time during the installation process. These accessories include left and right connectors, corner pieces, ABS or aluminum alloy bases.

Before installing the baseboards, we need to prepare some necessary installation tools in advance to complete our installation work smoothly.
1. Saw or metal cutting machine
We need these tools to cut the skirting boards. For wooden or PVC baseboards, we can use a saw to cut them. But for metal skirting lines, to improve efficiency, we generally use professional metal cutting machines to cut the skirting lines to a specific length faster.
2. Hammer
The function of the hammer is to help us better fix the skirting line on the wall.
3. Nails or screws
Some baseboard installations are done directly with adhesive. However, some types of baseboards require the installation of bottom clips and baseboard fasteners. At this time, we need to use nails or screws to fix the accessories so that the skirting can be installed better in the future.
4. Steel ruler or tape measure
This tool is used to measure the length and angle of the wall to ensure that our skirting can be cut to a specific length.
5. Adhesive
This tool is designed for nail-free baseboard installation. They are used to apply film to the back of the baseboard to ensure that the baseboard can be firmly installed on the wall.
6. Gloves and installation goggles
Gloves are used to protect our hands from scratches during the installation process. Goggles protect us from injury when cutting metal skirting.
7. Edge trim
When installing skirting lines, sometimes we can choose to install edge strips that match the skirting lines at the inner or outer corners of the wall, which can make the closing strips of the skirting lines more beautiful.
1. Clean the location where the skirting boards are installed
After completing the preparation of the installation tools, we first need to clean the baseboard installation location to ensure that the installation location is clean, flat, and free of uneven places and unnecessary obstacles.
2. Measure the length and cut the skirting boards
Use a steel ruler or tape measure to measure the length of the wall, making sure the length of the baseboard cut matches the length of the wall. Then use a saw or metal cutter to cut the baseboards.
3. Install skirting board snap fittings
Some models of skirting boards are equipped with bottom buckle accessories, so we first need to install these bottom buckles and fix them with nails or screws.
4. Install skirting board
Attach the base plate to the bottom buckles and make sure they are secure.
For baseboards that do not require bottom buckles, use adhesive to evenly apply the film on the back of the baseboards, and then stick the baseboards to the wall to complete the fixation.
5. Install base plate accessories
Most baseboard products will come with a left-end cap, right-end cap, connection fitting, inside corner fitting, and outside corner fitting.
6. Peel off the skirting board surface protective film
After all the baseboards are installed, we need to peel off the protective film on the baseboards.
