The skirting board uses SG-5 type PVC resin powder as the main raw material, and then a certain amount of stone powder, foaming agent, stabilizer, and other additives. Then extruded by professional extrusion equipment， and next cooled, shaped, and coated.
Usually, we choose PVC wood grain film as the surface decoration material of the baseboard. Wood grain film uses digital printing equipment to print wood grain patterns on PVC film, which overcomes the shortcomings of poor decorative effect of traditional PVC skirting lines and natural and textured solid wood skirting lines; then it is heated and compounded with ultra-thin PVC on the PVC film Wear-resistant layer to increase the wear resistance of the skirting; finally enter the UV coating machine to apply a layer of 4S special spray with anti-aging, anti-fouling, wear-resistant, anti-bacterial and other properties. The film oil makes the surface of the skirting board anti-scratch, wear-resistant, anti-fouling, and antibacterial, making the skirting board more comprehensive in performance.
By adjusting the formula of the PVC base material, it can have high-strength properties while remaining relatively lightweight and easy to transport and install; by changing the extruder mold, skirting profiles of various shapes can be prepared. Corona treatment on the surface of the skirting board base material can increase its surface tension and improve the bonding strength. At the same time, high-performance thermosetting PUR hot melt adhesive is used to adhere the wood grain film to the surface of the skirting base material to prevent the skin from falling off easily.
